2.3 We reserve the right to determine whether your submission qualifies for follow-up or engagement. This decision is made at our sole discretion.
3.1 You agree that all information you submit is truthful, current, and accurate. You must update us if any information changes.
3.2 You affirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and that it will not violate any existing agreements you have with other parties.
4.1 All disputes related to your use of this Site must be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit. Claims will be resolved individually.

5.1 Guardian Shield Auto Insurance makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, availability, or fitness of this Site for any particular purpose.
5.2 We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages of any kind. Total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to $100.
5.3 These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law and do not affect your rights under consumer protection statutes.
6.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
6.2 You waive the right to a jury trial and consent to personal jurisdiction in Florida for any dispute arising from your use of the Site.
7.1 These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Guardian Shield Auto Insurance regarding your use of the Site. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
7.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.
7.3 You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement without our prior written consent. Unauthorized transfers are void.
7.4 You must bring any legal claims related to the Site within one (1) year of the issue arising.
7.5 Unauthorized use of Guardian Shield’s branding, logos, or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
7.6 Access from outside the U.S. is done at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to comply with local laws.
